Introduction to RentCo Africa & Launch Retionale
As introduced, my name is Robert Nyasimi, CEO & Founder of RentCo Africa Group. We are an independent Asset Leasing company that’s offers innovative, integrated asset finance and related solutions across the African continent and beyond.

Our Business Areas Include:
Today’s launch is true testament of our collective commitment to a more sustainable world. By pushing boundaries of innovation and technology, we are all playing an integral part in Kenya’s and by extension Africa’s Energy Story.
Solar Energy is one of the most viable renewable energy sources. Suffice it to say, Why Pay More? The Sun is Free and Better! Guided by our corporate vision of Accelerating Sustainable Business Growth for our clients, we align well with Sasini PLC’s commitment to the UN Sustainable Goal #7 of Affordable, Reliable, Sustainable and Clean Energy.
Just a couple of months ago, Sasini PLC trusted RentCo Africa to lead the
start of a pioneering 1.3 MW renewable energy project. We are delighted to support Sasini PLC’s transition towards a greener energy mix. This project seeks to supply up to 30% of Kipkebe Limited’s energy demand.
Based on preliminary data, we project that Sasini PLC Tea Division will save up to 59% of the projected 30% power bill supplied through renewable energy. We are pleased with the progress of this project culminating in today’s celebration.
We extend our hearty Congratulations to the Board of Directors and entire Sasini PLC’s staff fraternity for the clear devotion to the highest environmental and social standards. This will accrue tremendous impact by the reduction of carbon footprint, improved production efficiency and bottom line and the enhancement of job creation across the value chain.
All this would not be possible without the extraordinary support of Kipkebe Limited Team and the Government support through the compliance process, approvals and licenses.
The quality of this project is also evidenced by cutting-edge technology and
workmanship thanks to our synergetic partnership with Spenomatic Group
our EPC partner.
To Sasini PLC, we look forward to expanding this transformative power production to the rest of your business portfolio.
The transition towards cheaper and cleaner energy does not have to be limited by upfront capital constraints nor disrupt cash flow. RentCo Africa provides lease finance solutions that ease the burden of exorbitant energy
costs. By kickstarting this solar project, we have reached an important milestone for our country and path towards a greener future. With these remarks, I am delighted to declare this launch as success.
